Every child's journey is different. We are here
for all of it.

We provide assessments, therapy, and parent support designed to nurture emotional well-being and resilience in children and young people up to the age of 18.

cognitive testing

Cognitive and Autism Assessments

ADHD, cognitive and educational assessments are structured evaluations of attention, learning, and thinking skills. Autism assessments are evaluations that analyse a child’s communication, social interaction, behaviour and developmental history to identify unique strengths, challenges, and diagnostic needs. All assessments combine background information obtained through structured meetings, standardised testing, and questionnaires to identify strengths, challenges and support needs. A concise and comprehensive report is provided with clear recommendations for school and home life.

adolescent therapy

Child Therapy

Helping children manage their emotions, behaviours, and experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Through approaches such as play therapy, cognitive–behavioural strategies, and emotional regulation skill-building, therapy helps children cope with and understand challenges like anxiety, behavioural difficulties, social issues, or family changes. All therapeutic intervention uses a neuroaffirming approach and seeks to educate and empower children and their Carers.

parent support

Carer Support

Supporting the Carers of a child by offering guidance, education, and practical strategies to help them better understand and respond to the child’s emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. This may include providing insight into the child’s strengths and challenges, teaching effective behaviour management and communication techniques, and helping Carers create supportive routines at home. All stages of childhood and adolescence brings it's own joys and hurdles at times requiring updated psychoeducation and strategies to support Carers.

A practice built on genuine care and experience.
